Senior Technical Architect - Java

Role Overview: You will be responsible for independently analyzing, solving, and correcting issues in real time, providing end-to-end problem resolution. You should have strong experience in the development of tools and CI/CD pipelines, along with extensive experience with Agile methodologies. Your proficiency should overlap with technologies like Java8, Spring, SpringMVC, RESTful web services, Hibernate, Oracle PL/SQL, Spring Security, Ansible, Docker, JMeter, and Angular. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of REST web services and exposure to developing REST services that handle large sets of data. Key Responsibilities: - Provide vision and leadership for the technology roadmap of products, aligning technology with business objectives and maximizing ROI. - Define technical software architecture and lead the development of frameworks. - Engage in product development end to end, from business requirements to product realization and deployment in production. - Research, design, and implement complex features in existing products or create new applications/components from scratch. - Collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals. - Stay updated on technology solutions and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions. - Have a strong communicator and leader with the ability to work with cloud technologies on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum of 12-15 years of industry experience in design, development, deployments, operations, and managing non-functional perspectives of technical solutions. Please Note: Fintech or lending domain experience is a plus but not necessary. Experience with frontend technologies like Angular or ReactJS and working in product development in Fintech is preferred.,
