Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Tech Lead (Full Stack) with deep expertise in .NET Core, Angular 18+, Azure , and related technologies. The ideal candidate will lead technical projects, mentor developers, and drive the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. Work Mode: Remote work Laptop collection from office (travel/accommodation not provided) In-office presence required once every 6 months for 5 days (based on project need) Mandatory Skill Set: Strong hands-on experience with C# .NET Core , Web API , and Angular 18+ Proficient in Azure services , SQL Server , MongoDB , and Redis Solid understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns (Repository, Factory, Singleton) Expertise in HTML, TypeScript, CSS Experience with DevOps practices/tools and CI/CD pipelines Strong team leadership and mentoring skills Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Key Responsibilities: Lead a team in designing and delivering full-stack web applications Architect and implement scalable backend and responsive frontend solutions Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Collaborate across teams to define and deliver new features Guide and mentor junior developers Good to Have: Experience with Bootstrap , PrimeNG , and Angular 19+ Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and AI-driven solutions
