Senior Supervisor / Carpenters

Role Overview: You should have a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience as a carpenter supervisor. Your key responsibilities will include leading, training, and mentoring carpenters. You will also be responsible for assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring that projects stay on track and within budget. Your role will involve establishing work schedules, coordinating with other departments, and enforcing safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for the team. Additionally, you will be required to inspect work, manage materials, and address any work-related issues or conflicts that may arise.
