Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and attendance. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or equivalent role. Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery, cutting, and supervision techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training delivery. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.
