As a Senior Structural Engineer, your key responsibilities will include providing technical leadership, leading the structural design process for unique projects, conducting advanced analysis and bespoke design using FEA software, performing design reviews, mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with architects and project execution team, and ensuring a flawless transition from design to the finished product. To succeed in this role, you should have an expert-level understanding of structural mechanics, proficiency in major FEA software packages like STAAD Pro, GSA, or NiSA FEA, mastery of Indian Design Codes, and a proven portfolio of designing complex steel connections and structural systems.
