QA Lead Engineer for Automation

, you will:

• Lead a team of manual/automation engineers.
• Establish, implement, and evolve formal QA processes.
• Design and develop testing infrastructure (tools, frameworks, reporting).
• Review design documents and collaborate with developers on test plans.
• Test software deployed across IoT devices and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Validate data platforms and machine learning models.
• Test driver monitoring and assistance algorithms; report KPIs.
• Handle production queries and ensure application stability.
• Communicate technical results effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Education: B.E / B.Tech, M.E / M.Tech with 7+ years of QA experience.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, analytical, creative thinker with a passion for quality.
• Programming: Strong in Python and Shell scripting.
• Cloud: Experience with AWS or other cloud services.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub automation.
• Databases: SQL/NoSQL knowledge; Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
• Automation: Experience in automation infrastructure, especially for ML/AI.
• Visualization: Exposure to data visualization tools is a bonus.
