Senior Staff Engineer, NodeJS

As a Senior Backend Developer at Nagarro, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and non-hierarchical work culture. We are seeking a talented individual with over 10 years of total experience in backend development using NodeJS, JavaScript, and modern databases. Your expertise in TypeScript, debugging, performance tuning, and monitoring will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include writing and reviewing high-quality code, understanding functional requirements, and analyzing clients" needs to envision comprehensive solutions. You will play a key role in determining design methodologies, coordinating development activities, and leading/supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Single Sign-On, REST, JWT, OAuth, and API management tools. Your experience in Agile environments and DevSecOps practices will be invaluable in driving our projects forward. Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively, provide constructive feedback to team members, and troubleshoot complex bugs will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our development process.
