Job Description

As a Senior SQL Developer at Exponentia.ai, should have strong background in SQL development, ETL processes, and proficiency in the Microsoft BI stack, including SQL Server and Azure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Lead ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration and transformation. Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement and maintain data models and database structures for optimal performance. Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability. Develop and maintain documentation related to data processes and architecture . Technical Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SQL Developer, with a focus on ETL processes. Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Database. Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies. Proficient in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Familiarity with BI tools and reporting services (eg, SSRS, Power BI) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred - Knowledge of cloud data services and platforms (eg, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics) or Certification in Microsoft SQL Server or related technologies.
