Key Responsibilities: - Lead the establishment and development of our new site. - Project Management: Develop and implement strategic plans in automation technology, including software development and commissioning of production plants. - Team Leadership: Build a dedicated team and develop it to achieve business objectives. - Customer Management: Maintain and expand customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships. - Budget Management: Responsible for planning and managing budgets and resources. Qualification Required: - Education: Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or equivalent qualification. - Experience: Several years of experience in project and team management as well as in production plant construction. - Proficient in SPS programming with Siemens TIA Portal and experience with SCADA systems. - Communication: Excellent German and English language skills in both verbal and written. - Flexibility: Willingness to travel for national and international projects.
