Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate business workflows using Appian.
  • Translate functional requirements into Appian business flows.
  • Gather, design, and map business process requirements.
  • Collaborate with system owners, technical teams, and functional teams to design, implement, test, and validate systems.
  • Develop new code while supporting operations, maintenance, and enhancements of existing code.
  • Estimate effort and plan work effectively.

Technical Requirements:

  • Expertise in

    Process Model, SAIL, Expression Rules, and Integration

    .
  • Experience in designing and developing

    3rd-party system integrations

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    Appian best practices

    .
  • Ability to create and execute

    unit tests in Appian Designer

    .
  • Proficiency in

    DB queries

    and

    Appian Plugins

    .
  • Knowledge of

    Appian Group types, Process Designing, Security, and CDT

    .
  • Experience in

    report design and development using Appian

    .

  • Record-centric design

    expertise.
  • Familiarity with

    rules management and CDT usage

    .
  • Understanding of

    Agile Scrum methodologies

    and experience with tools like

    JIRA

    .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Appian Level 2 Certification

    (Mandatory).

  • 8 to 12 years of Appian experience

    .
  • Strong

    analytical and problem-solving skills

    .

  • Good SQL skills

    (Mandatory).
  • Basic hands-on

    Java development

    for Appian plugins (Required).
  • Knowledge of

    Appian AI/GenAI

    (Optional, but a plus).
  • Excellent

    communication skills

    .
  • Proven experience as a

    Technical/System Analyst

    with expertise in

    Appian SaaS

    (Mandatory).
