Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist in Precision Medicine within the Oncology Global Commercial Pipeline Analytics team at HHDDA, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering data-driven insights to support the Global Precision Medicine Marketing team. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to enhance engagement with customers and patients through digital, data, and analytics solutions. Your contributions will be instrumental in informing strategic decisions related to pipeline biomarker strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop commercial insights, business cases, and market evaluations to support decision-making for Global Precision Medicine in Oncology - Partner with global marketing teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to provide strategic reviews of precision medicine and companion diagnostics throughout the pipeline asset development phases - Communicate synthesized commercial insights to global marketing leaders and cross-functional teams, addressing key business questions related to precision medicine priorities - Conduct benchmarking analytics to collect, analyze, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for precision medicine development choices Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific, engineering, or business-related field - Minimum of 8 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in oncology commercialization, advanced analytics, bioinformatics, precision medicine, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry - Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in conducting secondary data analytics using tools like Excel VBA, Python, SQL, and PowerBI - Deep understanding of commercial Oncology data ecosystem, including epidemiology datasets, biomarker data, and real-world datasets - Excellent communication skills grounded in data insights, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally Company Details: Our Human Health Division prioritizes patient well-being and values diversity in bringing together talented professionals.
