Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist - Package Implementation to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and implementation, with hands-on experience in custom application development, third-party integrations, and UI/UX design. This role demands a proactive professional who can lead technical initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and APIs. Develop and customize Service Portals, including widget creation. Utilize AngularJS for front-end development within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Create and manage Virtual Agents using the Virtual Agent Designer. Design intuitive user experiences using UI Builder. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability. Must-Have Skills: Strong knowledge in ServiceNow Custom Application Development Experience with Third-Party System Integration Proficiency in AngularJS Expertise in Service Portal Development and Custom Widget Creation ServiceNow System Administrator Certification Solid understanding of ServiceNow Scripting Hands-on experience with Virtual Agent Designer for chatbot creation UI/UX design experience using UI Builder Good-to-Have Skills: CSA (Certified System Administrator) Certification Familiarity with Agentic AI Experience with Google APIs Knowledge of Seismic UI Mandatory Skill: ServiceNow ITSM
