We are looking for Test Automation Engineers with experience in Playwright, Cypress, API testing and Jmeter to ensure the success of our software development projects. As we continue to grow and expand our product offerings, we need experienced automation engineers who can help us maintain the quality and reliability of our software applications. Job Description In your new role you will: Develop and Maintain Automated Test Scripts: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Test Strategy and Planning: Create test strategies, plans, and schedules for automation projects. Execute and Analyze Tests: Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects. Ensure that issues are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve and enhance the automation framework and test processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure testability of new features. Mentor and Train: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior automation engineers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge. Documentation: Document test plans, test cases, and test results. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in test automation. Advocate for and implement new tools and methodologies as appropriate. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in test automation. Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.). Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining automated test solutions. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#). Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of various testing types (e.g., unit, integration, functional, performance, security). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality. Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of cloud services and environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience with behavior-driven development (BDD) and tools like Cucumber. Understanding of DevOps practices and culture
