Senior Specialist - FP&A (Forecasting)

Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist - FP&A (Forecasting) in Gurgaon, Sector 49, you will play a crucial role in the finance organization by updating and maintaining contract forecasts. Your responsibilities will involve utilizing strong analytical capabilities, demonstrating leadership skills, effective communication with both finance employees and business leaders, and ensuring accuracy and integrity while working within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in Forecasting to manage and update operational forecasts within OneStream. - Maintain an 18-month rolling forecast for contracts and regions in the assigned portfolio. - Assist senior management in developing operating budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses. - Conduct monthly analysis and reporting, including functional spend and assessing the impact of forecast changes. - Contribute to strategic planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting processes. - Collect, consolidate, and standardize data from multiple sources, resolving inconsistencies as required. - Demonstrate flexibility to work U.S. business hours, including weekends when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Possess 5 to 10 years of experience in the field, with a focus on Forecasting and profit and loss statements. - Strong analytical capabilities and ability to communicate effectively with finance employees and business leaders. - Experience working with OneStream or similar financial software is preferred. - Ability to work with accuracy and integrity under tight deadlines. - Flexibility to adapt and work in a hybrid mode with working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
