Senior Specialist, Data Analytics, Learning & Development

Role Overview: As a Power BI Developer in the global Engineering L&D Team at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), you will collaborate with the Product Owner for LearnEnable. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. - Gather, analyze, and interpret data to deliver actionable insights for business and educational performance. - Connect Power BI to multiple data sources and optimize data models for efficiency. - Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement data-driven solutions. - Create data visualizations supporting learning analytics, student engagement metrics, and business growth. - Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting solutions. - Develop and maintain ETL processes to enhance data usability. - Automate and optimize reporting workflows to improve efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. - Demonstrable experience as a Power BI Developer/Specialist with a solid portfolio of dashboards and reports. - Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M language). - Solid understanding of SQL databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes. - Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and APIs is a plus. - Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and storytelling through data. - Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with multi-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners.,
