Senior Specialist - Architecture

Gen AI Lead Roles Responsibilities

• 8 to10 years of handson experience with Generative AI AI ML and Data Science technologies
• Extensive handson experience in implementing end to end projects utilizing GenerativeAI Experience in building production grade solutions utilizing GenerativeAI as well as AI and ML components
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions leveraging Google Agentspace Gemini Enterprise Vertex AI Agent Engine Google ADK etc
• Extensive handson experience in building GenerativeAI application using methodologies such as RAG prompt engineering embedding fine tuning etc
• Experience in working with structured as well as unstructured data for building RAG based solutions
• Experience with Al ML search and data services within GCP ecosystem such as GCP Vertex AI Vertex AI Vector Search Gemini Cloud Run Cloud SQL etc
• Experience with agent frameworks such as Google ADK Langgraph CrewAI etc
• Extensive experience in Python programming languages along with popular frameworks such as Flask FastAPI etc
• Excellent understanding of Generative AI related concepts methodologies and techniques

Experience Qualifications

• BachelorsMasters degree in Computer Science AIML or related field
• 8 to 10 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3-5 years in AIML and 2 years in GenAI solutioning
• Proven experience in building and deploying GenAI applications using Google Cloud AI stack or equivalent
• Strong understanding of LLMs agentic AI patterns and orchestration frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering AIdriven transformation projects at scale
• Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
