Senior Specialist Accounts Receivable & Billing Product Delivery Lead

You are a passionate Senior Specialist in Product Delivery with a focus on Accounts Receivable & Billing, sought by Nasdaq to join the Bangalore center in India. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in Nasdaq Corporate Finance's transformation journey. Reporting to the AR & Billing Product Manager, as the Product Delivery Lead for A/R & Billing, you will be tasked with executing and delivering the Product Roadmap for AR, Billing, and Collection products. Your responsibilities include partnering with the local engineering team and collaborating with internationally located AR & Billing operational teams to develop technology tools aimed at enhancing global Billing and Collections capabilities. Aligning these initiatives with Nasdaq's business strategies and delivering valuable products to internal stakeholders using AGILE SCRUM methodologies is key. Your responsibilities will include ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs, executing against the roadmap, managing the ecosystem, measuring success, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and acting as an owner to drive product improvements and efficiency. You will be expected to have 10-15 years of experience in Product Delivery and AGILE-SCRUM, proficiency in creating product roadmaps, and a background in Finance product delivery, particularly in the Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections domain. It would be advantageous to possess accounting knowledge, experience with ERP products like Workday, Oracle, SAP, familiarity with Billing and Collection products such as Workday Billing and High Radius, and experience with Data Integration and Data Management products like Informatica. A degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, I.T, or equivalent work experience is required.
