Senior Software Test Automation Engineer

As a Senior Software Test Automation Engineer QA, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using C#, .NET, Selenium, RestSharp, and SpecFlow. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective test strategies, executing automated test suites, and analyzing test results to ensure software quality. Additionally, you will conduct thorough automation code reviews, contribute to the enhancement of the QA automation framework, and perform functional testing, BDD, API, and UI automation. Your technical expertise should include hands-on knowledge of C# and .NET frameworks, proficiency in Selenium for web automation, experience with RestSharp for API testing, familiarity with SpecFlow for BDD, and knowledge of Visual Studio (VS) and Azure DevOps. You should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, quick learning ability to adapt to new technologies, and a keen attention to detail. In addition to your technical skills, you are expected to possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote and on-site teams. As a team player with a positive attitude, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance. Your proactive and self-motivated approach, coupled with a commitment to quality, will be essential in contributing to the success of the QA automation processes. With 6 to 10 years of testing experience, including 4+ years in Automation Testing (Selenium with C# Programming Language), and knowledge in manual and API testing, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Your ability to understand and think through various areas of feature functionality will be crucial in identifying good and complex test scenarios and automating test cases effectively.
