Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead

As a member of the Veersa team, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC. You will be responsible for implementing front-end solutions utilizing modern frameworks such as Angular or React. Additionally, you will develop, optimize, and maintain data access layers using Entity Framework. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC. - Implement front-end solutions using modern frameworks like Angular or React. - Develop, optimize, and maintain data access layers using Entity Framework. - Build and deploy applications on Azure Cloud, leveraging services such as Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and more. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure code quality through automated tests, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. - Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members. - Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to the evolution of the technology stack. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed. - Document technical designs, workflows, and processes on platforms like Jira Confluence for team-wide accessibility. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and building RESTful APIs for backend development. - Expertise in modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React, including state management tools like Redux or NgRx for frontend development. - Hands-on experience with Entity Framework, SQL Server, and writing optimized queries for performance in database management. - Strong experience in Azure Cloud Services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps for cloud expertise. - Knowledge of microservices architecture, design patterns, and event-driven systems for architecture. - Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for DevOps and CI/CD. - Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as NUnit, MSTest, Jasmine, or Karma for both backend and frontend testing. - Proficiency with Git and branching strategies for version control. - Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application development and deployment.
