Senior Software Engineer - Typescript

Role Overview: At Kovai.co, as a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend (Typescript), you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge web applications primarily using Angular. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the development of responsive and pixel-perfect UI components, employing best practices in web component development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing front-end application performance, and writing robust unit tests using Jest. Your expertise in Typescript, library development, JavaScript ES6+, CSS, SCSS, DSA, design patterns, and Angular will be essential to deliver high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Work in design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge web applications primarily using Angular. - Ensure the development of responsive and pixel-perfect UI components. - Employ best practices in web component development for modular and reusable code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic web experiences. - Ensure optimal performance of front-end applications and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues. - Write robust unit tests using Jest and ensure all components are tested for the highest quality. - Leverage Angular Universal for server-side rendering and experience with page speed optimization. - Prior experience with sentry.io to evaluate logs and issues is a plus. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in Typescript with mastery in library development. - Advanced understanding of JavaScript ES6+, Typescript(latest), and associated patterns. - Knowledge of advanced CSS, pre-processors like SCSS, and developing lightweight, framework-free applications. - Strong understanding of DSA, design patterns, Jest for unit testing, and Typescript library development. - Experience in building enterprise-level projects, exposure to using sentry.io or similar tools, and good understanding of Browser Rendering Engine & Web APIs. - Familiarity with advanced block editor libraries like ProseMirror, TipTap, CodeMirror, or TUIEditors, real-time collaboration systems with libraries like y.js, Functional Programming Concepts, Asynchronous Programming, Error Handling, Angular 16+, micro-front end architectures, and design patterns, algorithm, and data structure. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and critical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.,
