Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic Digital AgTech team in Pune. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the development of cutting-edge digital agriculture solutions, architect data pipelines using Databricks, and drive innovation in our cloud-native products that shape the future of global agriculture. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable data processing pipelines using Databricks - Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Databricks Delta Lake - Design and implement ML model serving pipelines for production environments - Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members - Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment automation - Collaborate with data scientists to optimize model deployment workflows - Contribute to technical decision-making and architecture discussions
