As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions utilizing Scala, JavaScript, or Java as primary programming languages. You will translate complex business requirements into technical designs and scalable architectures, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. Additionally, you will actively participate in code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts to ensure optimal performance and stability of applications. Your role will also involve contributing to the continuous improvement of software development processes, tools, and technologies, mentoring junior engineers, and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions across the full stack using Scala, JavaScript, or Java. - Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and scalable architectures. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. - Participate actively in code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features. - Lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts to ensure application performance and stability. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes. - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 5+ years of professional experience in software development. - Strong proficiency in Scala, JavaScript, or Java. - Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. - Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, relational databases, and version control systems. - Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant software solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Experience working in an Agile development environment.
