Senior Software Engineer - R&D

As a Senior Speech Engineer, your role will involve the development of speech recognition systems. You will be responsible for: - Development of ASR systems using Kaldi, ESPnet, and/or using PyTorch or Tensorflow. - Working towards the improvement of existing systems. - Development of E2E ASR systems with un-supervised / semi-supervised techniques. - Experimenting with the latest technologies and architectures. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-5 years of work experience. - At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing Speech Recognition systems using Kaldi, ESPNET, PyTorch, Kaldi, DeepSpeech, etc. - Strong programming experience in Python and/or C/C++. - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. - Basic understanding of machine learning techniques. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have: - Understanding of Pandas, Numpy. - Understanding of NLU systems. - Understanding of Language modeling techniques. - Experience with large scale deployment of speech recognition systems.
