Senior Software Engineer - Python Automation

You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Build a Python Automation Suite for hardware platforms used in servers. - Develop and compose tests for firmware and system software components. - Create and maintain suites of automated regression tests. - Work independently as a contributor. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A minimum of 4 years of experience as an individual contributor and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from a recognized University. - Excellent debugging and programming skills in Python. - Strong familiarity with generic testing frameworks, packages, and methodologies. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a spirit of collaboration. - Practical experience working closely with microcontrollers and microprocessors. - Practical knowledge of the Robot automation framework. - Practical knowledge of test frameworks such as PyTest, Unit-test, Flask, and others for Python development. - Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles; ability to create pipelines with Jenkins and open-source tools. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP would be beneficial. - Basic understanding of tools used to implement Kubernetes, containers, or virtualization technologies is preferred. - Practical expertise in any Version Control System such as GIT.
