Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and ensure compliance with standards.
Manage production incidents and drive root cause analysis.
Support audit and compliance processes.
Mentor team members and conduct technical training sessions.

Top Required Skills:

React JS (Candidates with up to 6 years of experience are acceptable)
SQL
C# / .NET (Combination is acceptable)
Strong coding skills, code reviews, and team guidance.
Experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies
