About the Role
: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
full stack Senior Software Engineer
to join our growing engineering team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and maintenance of our core applications. You will work independently and collaboratively on complex projects, leveraging your expertise in Go, Java, Javascript, HTML, ReactJS, Redux, AI toolset to build robust and scalable systems. This role requires a strong understanding of software engineering principles, experience with various technologies, and a passion for building high-quality, maintainable software. In addition, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate an AL/ML mindset
individuals who take initiative, operate autonomously, and proactively drive projects forward. Experience with AI integration
is highly valued, including working with large language models (LLMs), AI service APIs (e.g., OpenAI, AWS Bedrock), vector databases, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation frameworks. Responsibilities:

Experience integrating or leveraging AI tools or services
(e.g., OpenAI APIs, vector databases, LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex) in application development. - Ability to evaluate when and how AI can augment or automate workflows across engineering, operations, or customer-facing systems.
- Familiarity with
AI model integration patterns
, prompt engineering, and basic concepts of model fine-tuning or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Strong interest in emerging agentic computing paradigms, with a drive to explore and propose intelligent system enhancements. -
Full stack development:
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable software applications using HTML, CSS, ReactJS, Redux and Go languages, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Implement complex features with guidance, demonstrating a good understanding of design patterns and principles. -
Performance Optimization
: Implement e cient and scalable solutions, prioritizing performance and site speed. Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. -
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs
. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality. -
Database Management
: Design and implement e cient and robust database solutions leveraging relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Write e cient queries and understand database performance optimization techniques. -
Cloud Infrastructure:
Work with AWS (or other cloud providers) utilizing services like EC2, S3, Lambda, etc. Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines. Understand cloud security best practices. -
Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:
E ectively debug and resolve software issues. Identify and communicate potential risks in projects. Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions. -
Collaboration & Communication
: Collaborate e ectively with other engineers, product managers, and designers. Clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. -
Process Improvement:
Contribute to improving team processes and suggest improvements to development workflows. Actively participate in knowledge sharing within the team. -
Testing & Instrumentation
: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Understand and implement application monitoring and logging strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years
of professional software development experience. -
AI tools or services
(e.g., OpenAI APIs, vector databases, LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex) - Proficient in
Go or Java.
- Experience with modern
JavaScript frameworks/libraries
(e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API). - Strong understanding of
JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience designing and developing
RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with
relational and/or NoSQL
databases. - Familiarity with
AWS (or other major cloud provider) services.
- Familiarity with
Temporal workflow
orchestration technologies. - Understanding of
software design patterns and principles.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus .
