Senior Software Engineer - Korber Warehouse Advantage WMS

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of the Koerber Warehouse Advantage Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining warehouse management systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement new features and functionality, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs reported by customers or internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with product management and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Must have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development using Korber Warehouse Advantage (Formerly known as HighJumpSoftware)

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Relational Database development e.g. Oracle, SQL Server
• Experience in JavaScript
• One or many of the following is a plus:

• Warehousing Solutions/Knowledge
• Koerber Solutions
• Lydia Application Development
• Warehouse Automation Solutions knowledge and/or interface development
