Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering complete solutions throughout all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Your role will involve advising management on project-level issues, guiding junior engineers, operating with minimal supervision, and applying technical best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver complete solutions across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) based on instructions from senior roles - Advise management on project-level issues - Guide and mentor junior engineers - Make technical decisions independently based on internal conventions and industry best practices - Apply technical best practices in decision-making - Develop and maintain high-performing, reusable Swift/SwiftUI code - Stay updated on the latest mobile technologies, research new technologies, and provide implementation recommendations - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills - Address technical debt and strategize for its removal from the system - Collaborate with product owners to define technical requirements during grooming and planning sessions - Work with engineering managers, engineers, and QA to create innovative solutions aligned with market needs - Define and implement processes, tools, and methodologies to achieve excellence in software development, testing, and deployment - Adhere to coding standards and guidelines focusing on performance, scalability, and availability Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - At least 5 years of iOS development experience - Strong hands-on experience in Swift/SwiftUI programming - Solid understanding of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices - Experience in building iOS applications connected to RESTful APIs - Practical knowledge of iOS architecture Company Additional Details: The company focuses on core values of Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness.
