Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer in iOS & Cross-Platform Mobile Development at Prepaid Management Services, a division within MasterCard, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining iOS applications using Swift/Objective-C, React Native, and Kotlin Multiplatform technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Your responsibilities will also include writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices, participating in code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. Working closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams, you will optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability, staying updated with the latest mobile development trends and technologies. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development. Strong proficiency in iOS Native development (Swift/Objective-C), hands-on experience with React Native and Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM), and a solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles are essential. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, version control tools like Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing frameworks are required. Desirable skills include knowledge of SDLC support tools, experience with npm and CSS, code packaging, publishing automation, and financial services experience. Preferred skills include basic knowledge of Android platform architecture, experience with the Android application release process, exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies, and knowledge of performance tuning and memory management in mobile apps. Personal qualities such as flexibility, adaptability, problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, leadership, attention to detail, and being a team player are highly valued in this role.,
