Role Description

Profile Brief:

If you have good experience in game of squash and possess basic programming or analytical skills (e.g., Python, AI/ML or JavaScript tools), this role offers a unique opportunity to merge both interests while working on next-generation squash analytics.

Technical Skills

Analyze match footage and extract performance data (shot accuracy, movement efficiency, rally outcomes).
Assist in video tagging, data collection, and match pattern analysis.
Support the development of AI and analytics models that identify key playing trends.
Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and UX designers to enhance player feedback systems.
Participate in product testing, prototype reviews, and user feedback sessions.
Hands-on experience with AI-based sports analytics tools.
Exposure to professional squash environments and data science workflows.
Mentorship from senior stakeholders.
Opportunity to contribute to a growing AI and performance product in squash.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to bridge business and technical discussions.
Ability to build trust and work effectively across functions and levels.
Competitive squash background (collegiate, junior, or professional level).
Strong understanding of game strategy, shot types, and match dynamics.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
