Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer)

As a Senior Software Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for developing scalable web applications and collaborating closely with the team to transform concepts into efficient and reliable code. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining full stack web applications - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA) to implement new features - Writing clean, well-documented, and reusable code - Troubleshooting issues and enhancing performance - Adhering to best practices in security, testing, and version control - Contributing to technical discussions, reviews, and knowledge sharing The qualifications required for this role are: - 4 to 6 years of relevant experience - Education: BE / MCA or equivalent In terms of technical skills, you should have: Frontend: - Strong understanding of HTML5 and JavaScript - Working experience with React.js or basic Angular Backend: - Solid hands-on experience in Java with Spring Framework Database: - Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL Version Control: - Comfortable using Git Nice-to-haves include: - Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI tools - Experience with Python (Flask or FastAPI) - Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services Additionally, excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective teamwork and cross-functional engagement.
