Role Overview: The Software Engineering team at Dell Technologies is responsible for delivering next-generation software application enhancements and new products to adapt to a changing world. Working with advanced technologies and tools, the team designs and develops software for various platforms, peripherals, applications, and diagnostics. By collaborating with internal and external partners, the team ensures product integrity and customer satisfaction. As an IT Software Engineer, you will be involved in turning business requirements into technology solutions through designing, coding, testing/debugging applications, and documenting procedures for use while continuously seeking quality improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and other automation tools to benefit different areas of Finance - Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills to understand business processes and develop technical solutions effectively - Analyze complex data and communicate resulting insights clearly, with experience in data quality checks and understanding of relational database structures and BI tools - Proficiency in SQL and willingness to excel in building queries/manipulating data, along with an interest in statistical programming including R - Demonstrate excellence in handling ambiguity, working in multi-disciplinary teams, having a can-do attitude, and a strong desire for learning and development - Train, coach, and develop new and current team members Qualifications Required: - Automation Anywhere 360 experience with Robotic implementations and knowledge of end-to-end application architecture - Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent experience with 6 to 8 years of experience - Ability to drive the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concept and methodologies framework for a new information system, along with developing proof of concepts (POCs) for new programs - Strong skills in SQL/PLSQL, SSIS, Teradata, and experience working in Business Intelligence solutions - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with audit automation and Fortune 500 company experience considered a plus Note: Application closing date is 25 September 2025.
