As a Senior Engineer specializing in SAP S/4HANA ABAP/FIORI at ZoomInfo, you will play a crucial role in the SAP technical team by designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions to support business operations. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around SAP UI/UX development using SAP Fiori/UI5 and backend ABAP development for custom solutions and enhancements. You will collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration across SAP modules. Moreover, you will be tasked with maintaining best practices, optimizing performance, and driving innovation through the adoption of new SAP technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and ABAP backend solutions to align with business requirements. - Collaborating with functional and technical teams to define, develop, and enhance SAP UX and backend solutions. - Developing and optimizing CDS Views, OData Services, and AMDP-based data models for improved performance efficiency. - Customizing and configuring SAP Fiori Launchpad, designing intuitive UI/UX interfaces, and ensuring responsive applications. - Developing and maintaining SAP workflows, enhancements, and reports using ABAP and RAP. - Conducting code reviews, performance tuning, and implementing best practices in SAP development. - Providing technical guidance, mentoring junior developers, and actively participating in design workshops. - Staying updated with the latest SAP technologies, including SAP BTP, AI/ML integration, and automation tools. - Troubleshooting and resolving production issues to ensure smooth system performance and user experience. - Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate new technologies and solutions for business applications. In terms of qualifications and skills, the ideal candidate should possess: - A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in SAP ABAP development, with at least 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development for SAP S/4HANA. - Strong expertise in OData services, SAP Gateway, and SAP Business Application Studio. - Experience in integrating with SAP modules such as FI, BRIM, RAR. - Proficiency in SAP BTP, cloud-based development, and integration capabilities. - Exposure to Solution Manager, Change Management (CHARM)/CALM, and Focused Build is a plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with global teams. - Certification in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori/UI5 development, or SAP BTP is an added advantage. Mandatory skills required for this role include: - Strong experience in SAP ABAP development, including Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), BADI, BAPI, ALV, IDOCs, and Enhancements. - Expertise in developing CDS Views, AMDP, and using RAP for Fiori applications. - Hands-on experience with SAP UI5, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and jQuery. - Proficiency in Fiori Design patterns, UX principles, and Theme Designer. - Strong knowledge of SAP OData framework, SAP Gateway, and troubleshooting SAP custom/standard OData services. - Experience in RESTful APIs, SOAP, and SAP integration technologies. - Knowledge of Python, Java, and AI technologies for SAP-related innovations. - Expertise in SAP BTP for cloud-based solutions, integration, and extensibility.
