As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test within the AI Accelerator Group at LeadVenture based in Gurgaon, India (Hybrid location), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, reliability, and security of AI solutions developed by the team. Your mission is to guarantee that the AI solutions are not only operational but also trustworthy for real-world applications. Your responsibilities in this role include: - Designing and implementing a comprehensive testing strategy for AI applications, covering UI, API, and database testing. - Conducting manual testing and establishing a robust test automation framework utilizing Selenium and C#. - Ensuring the quality of REST APIs supporting AI models through functional, performance, and security testing. - Collaborating closely with developers and product owners in an Agile Scrum environment to integrate quality practices throughout the development lifecycle. To excel in this position, you should possess: - Passion for building high-quality software and a keen interest in working with Generative AI. - Strong global collaboration skills, capable of interacting effectively with colleagues in different time zones. - 3+ years of experience in test automation, particularly proficient in Selenium. - Proficiency in an object-oriented language like C# or a willingness to learn it. - Hands-on experience in API testing, test case management, and familiarity with tools such as JIRA and GitHub/GitLab. - Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and a dedication to ensuring top-notch quality standards.
