As a Software Developer at Prime Softech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., your primary role involves collaborating with the marketing team to understand the market and generate requirements for new features. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing modules, as well as adding new features to existing software or enhancing its performance. Working closely with designers and business development officers, you will translate client requirements into features and mentor junior team members in good code development practices. Additionally, you will provide support and training to Business Development Officers and Clients as needed.
