Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary role will be to understand customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will contribute to proposal development, solution design, configuration activities, and conduct various workshops to meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Own parts of the proposal document and provide inputs in solution design - Plan and execute configuration activities as per the design - Conduct solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates - Lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives - Develop value-creating strategies and models for clients - Demonstrate good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends - Utilize logical thinking and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively - Understand financial processes and pricing models for projects - Identify process improvement areas and suggest technology solutions - Possess industry domain knowledge - Demonstrate client interfacing, project, and team management skills Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Mainframe Technologies such as COBOL, DB2, Assembler, Easytrieve, and ALL COOLGEN from CA - Experience in Configuration Management, specifically Git - Familiarity with Network Datacom Product Development and Datacom Platform - Knowledge of 4GL U2 Technologies and Rocket Technology - Strong understanding of value creation, innovation, and growth strategies - Ability to assess and suggest technology solutions for improvement (Note: The additional details of the company were not included in the provided job description),
