Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement

    comprehensive social media strategies

    aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Manage and oversee all

    social media platforms

    (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and manage

    high-quality content

    (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, graphics, etc.).
  • Track, analyze, and report on

    social media performance metrics

    , providing insights and recommendations.
  • Lead

    campaign planning and execution

    for product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Stay updated with

    emerging social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes

  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver

    cohesive brand messaging

  • Engage with the online community, manage conversations, and handle

    social listening & reputation management

    .
  • Manage

    paid social media campaigns

    and optimize ROI.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field

    .
  • 5–7 years of proven experience

    in managing social media platforms for brands, with at least 2+ years in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of

    social media analytics, SEO, and paid advertising

    .
  • Proficiency in

    social media tools

    (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent knowledge of

    content creation, storytelling, and visual aesthetics

    .
  • Experience in

    running influencer/brand collaboration campaigns

    .
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends and detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines.
