Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist in Gurgaon

We are looking for a senior social media marketing specialist who can wear multiple hats. You won't just be posting on Instagram; you will be responsible for the entire digital funnelfrom creating content that educates parents/doctors to managing the website and analyzing how those visitors turn into leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Social media & content (the voice):
• Manage LinkedIn (B2B/Doctors) and Instagram/Facebook (Parents/B2C).
• Translate complex clinical/AI tech into simple, empathetic content (Reels, Carousels, Case Studies).
  

Goal: Increase brand awareness and trust.

• Website & SEO (the hub):
• Manage the company website (WordPress/Wix, etc.), ensuring landing pages are updated and working.
• Perform basic SEO (Keywords, Blogs) to ensure parents searching for Autism Therapy find Cogniable.
  

Goal: Drive organic traffic.

• Performance marketing (the engine):
• Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Google Ads/Meta Ads).
• Monitor simple metrics: Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Click-Through Rate (CTR).
  

Goal: Generate cost-effective B2C inquiries.

• Email marketing (the nurture):
• Design and send monthly newsletters to our database of parents and partner clinics.
• Create automated drip campaigns for new website signups.
• Analytics (the scorecard):
• Track performance using Google Analytics and social insights.
• Report on: How many leads did we get this week and where did they come from
