Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Execution Engineer with strong expertise in finishing works, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), and CPWD building construction. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing site execution, ensuring quality and timely completion of all finishing activities as per CPWD standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute all finishing activities including plastering, flooring, painting, false ceiling, doors & windows, waterproofing, and external finishes.
• Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and ensure proper implementation at site.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and subcontractors for timely progress.
• Ensure all work is executed as per CPWD specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor and control site progress, manpower deployment, and material usage.
• Maintain daily site reports, quality checklists, and documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Manage finishing teams and ensure smooth handover of completed areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in building finishing works under CPWD projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of BBS, finishing materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
• Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate across disciplines.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
