Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic senior SEO expert to lead and elevate our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and Google My Business (GMB) optimization. This role requires advanced expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to craft and implement strategies that deliver measurable results in organic traffic, rankings, and online visibility.


Work Timings: 1pm to 10pm


  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, and internal linking for better search visibility.
  • Lead technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix issues.
  • Manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
  • Work closely with content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
  • Provide SEO reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop multi-location SEO strategies, ensuring NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across directories and platforms.
  • Leverage geo-targeting techniques and optimize for local packs and maps rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze GMB performance, leveraging insights for further optimization.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions for large websites, including pagination, canonical tags, and URL structures.
  • Create and implement strategies for international SEO, including hreflang tags, localization, and targeting multiple regions.
  • Optimize for voice search and conversational queries using structured data and long-tail keywords.
  • Develop programmatic SEO strategies to scale optimization for websites with extensive pages.
  • Monitor and adapt to emerging technologies, such as AI-driven SEO, to maintain competitive advantages.
  • Set up and manage advanced tracking in Google Analytics, GA4, and other analytics platforms.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve organic traffic ROI.
  • Build comprehensive dashboards and automate reporting processes to track progress and KPIs effectively.
  • Lead link-building campaigns, including outreach, guest blogging, and content promotion, to strengthen domain authority.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and publishers for collaborative SEO opportunities.
  • Develop strategies for online reputation management, including managing brand mentions and combating negative reviews.
  • Leverage digital PR to secure coverage on high-authority websites and publications.
  • Conduct in-depth technical audits and recommend fixes for crawl errors, indexation issues, and structured data implementation.
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals (loading speed, interactivity, and visual stability) to improve user experience and SEO performance.
  • Implement advanced strategies such as JavaScript rendering, dynamic serving, and log file analysis.
  • Manage website migrations, ensuring no loss in rankings, traffic, or indexation during transitions.
  • Develop and execute a robust, data-driven SEO strategy that aligns with business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Analyze competitor SEO strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and ROI, using advanced analytics.
  • Oversee the optimization of meta tags, headings, images, and content to improve rankings and enhance user experience.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research to identify primary, secondary, and long-tail opportunities. Develop content strategies that align with search intent and improve E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness).
  • Optimize for featured snippets, knowledge graphs, and other SERP features to increase visibility.
