Roles & Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing cloud security strategies and policiesConducting security audits and assessmentsCollaborating with other teams to ensure compliance with security regulations and standardsTroubleshooting and resolving security issuesProviding guidance and mentorship to junior cloud security specialistsStaying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud.Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.
Skills Requirements:
Understanding of cloud security concepts such as data protection, identity and access management, or encryption.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.Experience with cloud security tools such as AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), Azure Active Directory, or Google Cloud IAM.Knowledge of network security and security monitoring technologies.Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to help employees grow and develop professionally and focus on Career Management.
Qualifications
8-10 years of work experience in relevant field
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
