Job Description

Sr. SAP SD Consultant

Role: Functional Consultant

Skill Set: SAP SD (O2C)

Experience : 7 to 10 Years

Project Role: Application Lead Project Role Description: Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills: SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)

Minimum of 7 years of SD Implementation and or Support Project experience.

Minimum 2 end to end implementation and support project experience with - Order to Cash (OTC) processes specifically - with SAP S4 HANA.

Experience preferably from a large Manufacturing or IT setup would be preferred - Analysing new business requirements and proposing best suitable solution.

Engage with clients at all levels to understand their sales and distribution challenges, present SAP SD OTC solutions, and gain buy-in for proposed approaches.

Configure SAP SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery Processing, Billing, and Customer Master Data, to meet client-specific business needs.

Define and implement integration points between SAP SD OTC and other SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP).

Working knowledge of BAPI, BADI, User Exits related to SD Module.

Integration knowledge with other modules, especially SAP MM and SAP FI/CO - GST Configuration and process.

Good knowledge, ability to understand design/mapping of interfaces & with non-SAP 3rd party systems and SAP systems (IDOC/RFC)

Ability to align and influence multiple stakeholders - Basic ABAP knowledge, Debugging skills (Optional).

Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, and proactively address any concerns.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful adoption of SAP SD OTC solutions by end-users.

Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings and presentations and work with business and IT team members.

Must be detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and resolve systems and process issues in a collaborative manner with cross-divisional peers.
