Debug and troubleshoot existing ABAP programs and optimize performance where needed. Integrate ABAP solutions with various SAP modules and external systems. Participate in code reviews and ensure documentation of technical solutions Must have: Minimum 4+ year of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development. The role requires a hands-on professional who can lead solution design, drive greenfield rollouts, and independently manage client engagements. Primary Skills (Must-Have): 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO. At least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation (mandatory filter). Greenfield rollout experience. Strong solution architecture & design capabilities. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Ability to manage delivery ownership beyond configuration. Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have): Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN). Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology. Knowledge of automation/AI use cases in FICO. Integration exposure with SD, MM, PP modules. Experience in onsiteoffshore model coordination.
