Senior SAP FICO Architect

As a Solution Provider at Wipro, your role is crucial in bridging the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions effectively. You will be responsible for various key tasks and responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, from business requirement management to integration & configuration, and production deployment. - Check the feasibility of new change requirements and provide optimal solutions to clients with clear timelines. - Provide techno-functional support for all new business implementations, building the entire system from scratch. - Support the solutioning team in architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation. - Understand both functional and technical design and architecture for implementation on the ERP system. - Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate the existing product through coding, testing, and production. - Implement business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technology into ERP solutions. - Write code following developmental standards and decide on the implementation methodology. - Provide product support and maintenance for specific ERP solutions, resolving day-to-day queries and technical problems. - Create and deploy automation tools/solutions for process optimization and efficiency. - Act as a bridge between technical and functional project requirements, providing solutioning/advice to clients or internal teams. - Support on-site managers with necessary details regarding changes and provide off-site support. In terms of skill development and competency building, you are expected to: - Clear Wipro exams and internal certifications to upgrade skills. - Attend trainings and seminars to enhance knowledge in the functional/technical domain. - Write papers, articles, case studies, and publish them on the intranet for skill development. Key Performance Parameters: 1. Contribution to customer projects - Quality, SLA, ETA, number of tickets resolved, problems solved, change requests implemented, zero customer escalation, CSAT. 2. Automation - Process optimization, reduction in process/steps, reduction in tickets raised. 3. Skill upgradation - Number of trainings & certifications completed, number of papers/articles written in a quarter.
