Job Title: Senior SAP Consultant (SD / EAM / SAC / CPI / REFX / MDG) Location: Chennai (Reporting location) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent with Client About the Company: Our Client is a globally recognized SAP consulting and services firm headquartered in Chennai, India, with a strong global footprint across the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Position Overview: We are hiring Senior SAP Consultants with 5+ years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following SAP modules: SAP SD, SAP EAM, SAP SAC, SAP CPI, SAP REFX, or SAP MDG . This is a strategic role that will require working closely with clients, delivering end-to-end implementations, and supporting digital transformation initiatives using SAP technologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP module-specific solution design, configuration, and implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Deliver client-facing workshops, demos, and training sessions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project teams. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Support integration efforts across SAP and non-SAP systems. Prepare and maintain documentation including blueprints, test scripts, and user manuals. Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and post-go-live support. Module-Specific Expertise (any one or more): SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Manage order-to-cash processes including pricing, billing, and shipping. Expertise in configuration of pricing procedures, partner determination, and credit management. Strong integration knowledge with MM, FI, and logistics modules. SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Implement and manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Configure work orders, maintenance notifications, and task planning. Experience in asset-intensive industries preferred (e.g., manufacturing, oil & gas). SAP SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) Build interactive dashboards and reports using SAP SAC. Implement planning, budgeting, and forecasting features. Integrate SAC with SAP BW, HANA, or other data sources for analytics and visual storytelling. SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Develop and manage iFlows for integrating SAP and third-party systems. Expertise in API management, data transformation, and secure communication. Experience with SAP BTP and legacy migration to CPI is a plus. SAP REFX (Flexible Real Estate Management) Configure lease-in/out contracts, space management, and asset tracking. Implement IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance features. Integrate REFX with FI, CO, and Asset Accounting modules. SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) and SAP MDG Technical Implement centralized master data creation, validation, and approval workflows. Configure domain-specific MDG (material, customer, vendor, financials). Design and enforce governance policies for data quality and consistency. Develop and maintain SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) solutions with a focus on technical configuration, data modeling, and workflow enhancements. Collaborate with functional teams to implement custom enhancements and ensure data consistency across systems." Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience in at least one of the mentioned modules. Hands-on configuration and implementation experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven Experience in full lifecycle SAP projects (design to go-live). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global project teams. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification(s) in relevant modules. Experience with S/4HANA implementations or conversions.
