Job Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Maintain:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines to support analytics and business requirements. Ensure proper documentation of solutions.
Monitor & Troubleshoot:
Support stakeholders with data issues, monitor existing solutions, and ensure minimal downtime.
Optimize & Manage:
Continuously improve existing solutions, refactor pipelines, and implement robust data pathways.
Collaborate:
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Share Expertise:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for best practices, tools, and technologies.

Functional Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding of data design principles (medallion design, normalization, SCDs, data lakes).
Hands-on experience with
SQL, Python, Git, and DevOps practices
.
Experience with
Azure, Databricks, SQL Server
, and similar platforms.
Knowledge of
Power BI
and Microsoft Fabric is desirable.
Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Ability to create technical documentation and diagrams (e.g., LucidChart).

Business Expertise:

Awareness of emerging technologies like
Fabric, Databricks, SAP Datasphere, Iceberg
.
Exposure to consumer sales data (master data, sales, forecast) is beneficial.
Experience working in multinational organizations and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Minimum
5 years of experience
in Data Engineering.
Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Immediate joiners Only.
