Senior Salesforce QA Automation Engineer

As a Senior Salesforce QA Automation Engineer at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products by leveraging your expertise in software testing. Your responsibilities will include: - Interacting effectively with clients to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and exposure to Selenium and .NET technologies. - Utilizing your 4+ years of industry experience in software testing to execute Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, and Defect Reporting & Tracking. - Expertise in Understanding and Analyzing Test Requirements, Maintenance of Test Requirements, and proficient in Test Automation using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, and UFT tools. - Strong experience in Automating Web Application Testing using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG framework, Java Programming, JUnit, and TestNG. - Ability to handle Elements in Selenium WebDriver, Writing Test cases, Executing Selenium Test Cases, and Reporting defects. - Experience in Data-driven Testing, Cross-browser testing, Parallel Test execution, and LoadRunner Automation tool. - Proficient in devising testing artifacts such as Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Defect Reports, and Test Summary Report. - Involvement in Test Estimations, Test strategy implementation, and contribution towards corporate goals and objectives. - Possessing good written, communication, interpersonal skills, and being a proven team player with an analytical mind for problem-solving.
