You are a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/ Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience, seeking an opportunity to work with Girikon, a reputable Salesforce Gold Partner. Your responsibilities will involve utilizing your extensive knowledge of Salesforce Admin and Salesforce support/managed services working model to lead project coordination with high-level stakeholders. You will be required to define strategy, develop requirements, and implement practical business solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your communication skills should be exceptional, both verbally and in writing, as you will be collaborating with various external and internal stakeholders. Your ability to think ahead, plan effectively, and negotiate win-win solutions will be crucial in ensuring successful project implementations and deployments. Proficiency with Agile development tools such as Jira and Confluence is necessary for managing multiple projects, teams, and clients. Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Revenue Cloud) is highly desired, along with a background in working on complex Salesforce projects. You should be able to adapt to a start-up-like culture, navigate shifting priorities, and deliver projects successfully while being sensitive to political issues.
