Senior Sales Manager( MALE )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (Male) with at least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, specifically in the Bhubaneswar market. The ideal candidate should have the ability to independently explain project details to clients and successfully close deals. This is a performance-driven role for someone confident, proactive, and well-versed in Bhubaneswar’s real estate trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and explain project offerings with confidence and clarity.
• Conduct site visits and give full project presentations to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into successful bookings by closing deals independently.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets without supervision.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on real estate trends, competitive projects, and market conditions in Bhubaneswar.
• Coordinate with marketing and presales for lead follow-ups.
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales in CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

• Gender: Male
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate sales within Bhubaneswar.
• Strong knowledge of Bhubaneswar’s real estate market, project locations, and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to independently explain, convince, and close deals with customers.
• Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Must have a vehicle for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Local language fluency is preferred (Odia, Hindi, English).
