Job Description

As a Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager/Business Development Manager, your main objective will be to develop and manage the Individual Agency Channel (Motor/Health & Life) in the assigned territory while also supporting the existing partner base. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing the Agency Channel by sourcing POS Agents according to the agreed mix and policy. - Coordinating with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing of agents. - Conducting induction training and coordinating with the sales training team for product and ongoing trainings for POS. - Maintaining a balance between new and existing agents/POS. - Developing and executing strategies to target various market segments. - Monitoring agent performance and maintaining a high active POS percentage. - Controlling attrition of POS agents and ensuring high team and POS productivity. - Reconciling partner accounts and coordinating with all departments. - Working on market dynamics to improve internal organization. - Managing loss ratios and ensuring compliance with external bodies. The ideal candidate should have experience in agency sales within the insurance sector. Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on KPIs and growth factors.,
